Job Description :

- Drives projects across a span of 5000+ FTEs with an annual revenue of $100+ MM spread across multiple geographies

- Serves as a liaison to the senior management teams, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and and oversees special projects

- Responsible for driving Special Projects around Cost Reduction, Quality Improvement, Business Development, People Practice etc.

- Work closely with business owners and in-house IT teams to come up with automation/ technology solutions

- Manage projects with diverse and geographically dispersed cross-functional teams. Plan tasks and milestones, manage deliverables to deadlines and hold people accountable without direct authority

- Manage communication with project customers and stakeholders through compelling written and verbal status reporting

- Requires strong project management, thought leadership, decision-making skills and the ability to resolve complex problems independently.

- Proven ability to manage projects end to end through the project life-cycle using structured methodologies

- Ability to challenge the status quo, remove organisational barriers, influence without authority, and break down strategies into tactical and manageable plans with minimal guidance

- Ability to influence, lead and communicate at all levels-

- Experience in the evaluation, analysis and optimization of operational processes required-

- The candidate must possess high motivation, enthusiasm and dedication to deliver results within strict time-frames-

- Drive successful end-to-end transformation projects in process control function, support streamlining of business processes across functions

- Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision

Qualification : Eligibility Criteria

Education : Should be from Tier 1 Engineering OR Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA

- Minimum 2 years in Full time Project Management (People with Ops experience in past life qualify)

- Should be comfortable working in 1 PM - 1030 PM shift

- Exposure have exposure of Process improvement, Cost reduction, Quality improvement, Business development, People practices

- PMP, Prince2 strongly preferred-

- MBA (Master in Business Administration) and/or Engineering degree is an advantage
