The company has a strong distribution network and point of sale coverage through it's over 90 manufacturing facilities across 23 states and 3 union territories in India.   The company is also taking huge steps in leading the industry to demonstrate the highest standards of corporate citizenship like the Road to Safety and Water Management initiatives.   The company is listed on the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) and NSE (National Stock Exchange).  Job Description/ Key Responsibilities :   - Closing of monthly financial in SAP R3 by close of business of the first day of the succeeding month  - Submission of monthly and YTD MIS by: a) Sales/ Net Sales report by 9am of the First day and b) Full Financial by the end of the 3rd workday, together with previous year and AOP numbers, and by-geography and by-brand  - Variance analysis: Volume, Price/ Performance, Mix, Foreign Exchange by the 4th workday  - The Balance Sheet, by-segment, by the 4th workday  - Validation of TDS and Service Tax liability: Accrual, payment, and internal confirmation  - Weekly Receipts and Payments Account  - Control over the cost; cost-optimization measures  - Inter co sales accounting and reporting- close by the last day of the month  - Employee expense/ advance accounting and quarterly reconcile  - Take lead from F&A for AOP/ Monthly forecasting  - Compliance- Full and on time adherence to the various regulatory parameters, including the SOX Guidelines, FCPA, and the Bribery Act  - Audit of Emerging Markets India Operations (SAP R3), the Quarterly LRs, and the Tax Audit  The position has its share of Accounting, Audit Documentation, Domestic/ International tax, Budgeting & Reporting.   Knowledge of taxes applicable to foreign vendor payments and the ability to write SOPs would be desired, though not mandatory.  Please mention the below details while applying:   Current CTC:  Expected CTC:  Notice Period:  Willingness to relocate to Bangalore:
