The company has a strong distribution network and point of sale coverage through it's over 90 manufacturing facilities across 23 states and 3 union territories in India.   The company is also taking huge steps in leading the industry to demonstrate the highest standards of corporate citizenship like the Road to Safety and Water Management initiatives.   The company is listed on the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) and NSE (National Stock Exchange).   Qualification: MBA-Marketing   Job Description/ Key Responsibilities :   - Manage monthly regional S&OP process by balancing supply and Demand.  - To create and monitor process KPIs and diagnostics to assure continual improvement efforts.  - To drive weekly S&OP process to understand dynamic market changes and align supply team accordingly.  Context/ Scope of the position on various dimensions:  A) Financial:  - This role will be responsible for robust supply planning to ensure zero stock outs for the region while also ensuring minimum inventory planning.  - The management of finished products item location forecasts has a direct link to the required product safety stock requirements. Safety stock is required to hit agreed upon customer service objectives given a finite (non-zero) level of forecast error.  B) Market Complexity:  Liquor in India is a state-subject. Every state has different policies and RTMs (Route to market). Generating accurate forecast at state-level is hence important to enable supply team to meet required customer service level targets.  C) Decision Making:  - Will need to play a key role in planning and finalization of rolling supply plans for the region which will entail strong stakeholder co-ordination and review of demand plans.  - Will have to take decisions on supply plan changes based on extraneous dynamic situations to ensure zero stock outs as well inventory optimization.  D) Immediate Focus:  - Manage S&OP process which provides a vehicle for evaluating and determining future business decisions by reconciling demand to supply.  - Operate closely with Sales team to improve Forecast accuracy.  - Co-ordinate with Demand planning, commercial team and region manufacturing team within the region to ensure 100% customer delivery with on time no error.  - Tracking of permits with close co-ordination with commercial team, ensure right cut- off dates for permits receipt at plant to ensure seamless delivery of permits with all regulatory approval .  - Follow up with USL commercial team to understand the status of the orders/permits.  - Prepare & analyze Supply Chain reports and KPI's and hold respective stakeholders accountable for delivery of business KPI's.  Top 3-5 Accountabilities of the Position:  - Improvement in Forecast accuracy  - 100% compliance to organization standards and Code of conduct  Relationship with cross functional team  3-5 Critical Competencies Required:  - Thorough understanding of S&OP process  - Excellent MS Excel skills  - Excellent data management skills  - Ability to work under dynamic situations  - Ability to build good relationship with people.  Please mention the below details in the cover letter while applying:   Current CTC:  Expected CTC:  Notice Period:  Willingness to relocate to Bangalore:
