- Ensure achievement of CSD targeted sales volume
- Minimum 7 to 10 Yrs. of Canteen Stores Department Sales.
- Design innovative sales promotion schemes to increase brand visibility and market share
- Manage assigned sales promotion budget to maximize returns by focusing on CSD outlets of maximum profitability
- Maintain good professional relationship with Army, Navy, Air Force Professionals and Canteen Manager
- Handle inventory management by coordinating with distilleries to ensure timely availability of stocks at the Canteen Stores (length & breadth of distribution)
- Manage all aspects related to merchandising with respect to kinds of merchandising, placement & promotions
- Act as customer interface looking into customer feedback and grievance handling
- Review daily sales report, identify areas of concern and bring it to the notice of higher authorities
- Induct the team comprising of TSE, on brand & competitor knowledge
- Coach and mentor the team, help design career path and facilitate people development activities

- Minimum 5 years of Exposure in CSD Sales and over all 10 Yrs.
- Should have managed team of Front Line Sales executives
- Exposure in FMCG and Beverage sector is must.
- Great Communication skills
- Ability to interact with Government Officials

- Should be ready to travel and relocate as and when required as per business norms.
