Job Scope : A key in providing employee supervision, and evaluation, retraining employees, offering mediation including posting advertisements, screening resumes and being involved in the hiring process.

Reports to: Head of Human Resource, HR Director

Job Family Description:

- Implement the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.

- Direct a variety of human resource related programs to ensure that the organization's current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with the organizations human resource strategy

- These programs may include recruitment, training and development, compensation /remuneration, benefits, performance evaluation, organization development, relocation, equal employment action etc.

- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local human resource strategies that are appropriate for their business needs.

- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of human resource professionals to ensure that the organization's human resource strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards

- Maintain awareness and knowledge of the latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and the staff within the organization.

- Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work identify the best people for the job Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, human resource modeling, Leadership technique, production method etc.
