Unit Head - Plant Operations - Personal Care

Currently, we are looking for candidates with more then 10 years of experience in plant operations.

Qualification : B.tech/B. E in production/Operations/Mechanical Engineering. M.B.A in Operations/ Production

Preferred - From personal care industry only.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Takes overall responsibility of the manufacturing unit in order to meet production targets and delivery schedule within the framework of quality, cost of production and statutory requirement laid down by the organization.

- Ensures quality of products as per specifications.

- Ensures adherence to production plan and timelines.

- Takes overall responsibility for the people capability development of the employees at the plant.

- Having good knowledge regarding strategic, Team Management, operational and Financial activities.
