Company Profile  A leading Healthcare organization which is committed to clinical excellence and patient-centric healthcare, which is manifest in hospital design, patient services, medical programmes and the compassionate approach of medical and non-medical hospital staff.   Designation - Unit Finance Controller  Education: UG -B.Com - Commerce  PG - CA (Mandatory)  Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required  Location - Delhi  Job Description  Responsible for all tax issues, production of the statutory accounts and corporation tax accounting  Ensure compliance with statutory & accounting laws & principles  Develop and execute various system processes for internal control  Lead and manage financial planning & forecasts  Updated and timely generation of MIS to help senior management take informed decisions.  Preparation of full year budget and financial forecasts  Manage the working capital and funds of the organization  Monitor all Capital Expenditure against budgets set individually  Ensure effective control of costs and expenses  Present budget comparisons against actuals (For operational expenses) every month.  Oversee and monitor the treasury activities  Develop MIS Modules for Management Information systems, Payroll systems and ensure all MIS reports for management reporting are streamlined.  Review the hospital accounting procedures in a manner that will ensure the hospital meet all the finance related statutory and regulatory requirements at all times.  Manage the auditing and taxation processes of the hospital which meets the necessary statutory requirements.  Review and monitor the cash balances and ensure sufficient yet optimal availability of the cash balances to finance property acquisitions and working capital requirements  Monitoring and managing financial risks including currency, interest rate, liquidity and credit  Manage the receivable and payable accounts of the hospital in an accurate manner which meets the overall financial requirements and deadlines
