Accountabilities:   - Deliver harmonisation, operational effectiveness and measurable improvement through the design and delivery of process and system solutions that generate value for the business  - Analyse business processes, and identify business factors influencing the development of new or alternative business processes  - Assess change requests and create clarity of business process requirements that drive appropriate delivery of services  - Assess feasibility and options for the implementation of new or improved business processes and services  - Contribute to feasibility studies  - Design effective end-to-end process solutions to deliver the Function’s business strategy and policy  - Manage and participate in process improvement projects, ensuring the smooth integration of new business processes with organisational structure and culture.  - Assess the implications of new processes on both people and organisation and identify the activities necessary to ensure a smooth transition to new processes.  - Support the definition of operational acceptance criteria for new and changed processes and tools and support Service Operations in judging if operational acceptance criteria have been met   - Manage the implementation of new or amended services, processes, procedures, tools and techniques   - Determine, develop and monitor monthly performance measures specific to the live service  - Monitor and ensure process compliance - work with stakeholders within Unilever and Service Providers and the wider business to ensure the service is working as desired  - Capture, build and share internal and external best practices  - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging process and technology trends and developments in areas of interest to the organisation   - Support training and testing where appropriate and educate extended user base on solutions as required  - Create and maintain process knowledge to be made available professionally through ES organisation to the business   - Ensure robust controls are in place for security and access to systems and enabling technologies  Responsibilities:   - P2P Process Design  - Supporting BAU process across all regions  - Project Management  - Driving Continuous Improvement and Innovation  Key Skills & Experience Required:  - Fully operational expertise within Accounts Payable and the E2E Purchase to Pay process.   - SAP system expertise required and knowledge of SAP Invoice Management (Opentext) would be an advantage.  - In addition the incumbent should have fully operational experience with banking and payment systems in Asia   - Experience of working within Asian legal / fiscal environments for payables process is key. In particular knowledge of the following countries would be an advantage - China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Morocco, Tunisia, Pakistan, Philippines, Japan, Russia, Turkey, Singapore, Malaysia, Supply Chain Companies (Different Tax Models)   - Experience of SAP Role and Authorisations within Purchase to Pay function  - Detailed understanding of Risk and Control processes within the Purchase to Pay function  - Aris process modelling and global process design would be an advantage  - E-invoicing expertise modelling, testing and design is required at a fully operational level.  - Expertise in leading global communities of practitioners and training key users.  - Fully operational in Freight and Services process’s  - Experience of a major transformation program would be preferential  - Experience of ‘Out-sourcing’ a global purchase to pay process to a third party service provider  - KPI’s and business outcome design, action and monitoring  - Project management - Funnel, Budget and Business Case  Key Standards of Leadership:   - Growth Mindset   - Bias For Action  - Accountability and Responsibility  Sajo
