Job Title: IT Manager - New Ventures & Corporate Functions  - The main purpose of the role is to partner closely with the New Ventures businesses and Corporate functions at HUL and deliver solutions to business requirements  HUL is India’s largest FMCG and has started investing in New ventures such as Pureit - the water purifiers business, Lakme salon - the beauty service business, Bru café, Out of home, Aviance etc. Therefore key to the role is to proactively develop a strong relationship with the customers - being the business teams in the cluster.   - The IT Manager is responsible to ensure that the requirements of the business are understood, the strategy and plans for IT are clearly communicated and the overall IT plan and priorities within his/her areas of responsibility are clearly articulated and agreed  Accountabilities and responsibilities:  - Business Partnering and IT Planning  - Innovation  - Underpinning Services (Business Application)  - Legacy and heritage application services   - Compliance and DRP  Relevant Experience:  Essential:  - Excellent knowledge of structured Service delivery methodologies such as ITIL  - Strong appreciation of business processes and challenges  - Certification to ITIL Foundation level  Desirable:  - Proven experience in managing IT service providers and suppliers in delivering IT projects and services in a multinational European and global context  - Good knowledge of supplier management best practice such as e.g. TPI or Equaterra  - Knowledge of de-facto Business Controls Frameworks such as CobiT  Education: MBA/Graduation from Tier I institute.
