Foundation Services - Data Model and Reporting Manager (FS-DMRM)  Within foundation services, the FS-DMRM is responsible for the overall IDM People Data Model, Data Quality and Reporting capability across foundation services.  Main Accountabilities:  - Responsible for the design of and ongoing simplification and improvement of the foundation services Identity Management People Data model.   - They will also be closely involved in all build, test and go-live activity in this area.   - Act as Design Authority for the data model in order to ensure a common global design is implemented with flexibility to support local execution.  - Need to work closely with the Operations manager, Solution Manager, Technical Delivery Manager and Process Office Manager to ensure E2E data flows are robust and guarantee data quality and that they ensure sustainable business solutions are delivered with acceptable risk to ongoing operations.  - The role will be responsible for defining and executing the identity management people data model strategy.  Scope of Reporting they will be responsible for:  Project Support:  - Provide support to Business Stakeholders Partners in driving clarity of business requirements, working with the Foundation Services Solution and Service Management Operations Manager to create the high level design and the associated data model design changes.  - Take responsibility during feasibility and capability phases for the translation of business requirements into a functional specification and specific work packages for call-off from service design and service introduction functions.  - Performing end to end impact analysis of any proposed changes to the data model due to new requirements and enhancements.  - Work in close partnership with Solution Management, Operations Management, Technical Delivery and project management functions to ensure on-time and on-budget execution & delivery of data model changes driven by key projects and programmes.  Operational support:  - Ensure a high level of People data quality is maintained in the identity management solution, addressing problem areas through data cleaning  - Working with the Process office management and operations management to ensure continuous improvement enhancements are made to process and technology owned by foundation services to address data quality issues at source  - Managing a team of 5 Resources based in India who will be responsible for the day to day activities required to maintaining Data quality  - Work closely with business process owners and application owners outside of Foundation Services to make sure the processes by which we capture and maintain people data is robust, supports the business and ultimately eliminates the need for ongoing data quality support  - Support the Operations Manager with the triaging of complex data related incidents and problems in the process identifying continuous improvement activities which address underlying root causes  Reporting:  - Establish effective reporting framework for foundation services to allow us to continually assess the health of the services we provide  - Establish a reporting service from within remedy to allow service line owners to self-serve reports on the services they are responsible for  - Work with the Service Performance Director and his team to ensure service performance reporting data is consistently and reliable provided to the Business Excellence reporting team.
