Business context:
As part of Route to Market initiative (LeverEdge for exclusive distributors), SAP IS Retail (along with a host of non-SAP products) are being deployed in the AAR markets as the online & offline solution based on the market maturity and last mile.
Role Expectation:
- The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of ERP environments, SAP solutions and related best in class processes.
Responsible for overall solution design, delivery and management of processes in SAP IS Retail, BI & CRM, namely:
- Order to cash processes
- Inventory management
- Financial processes
- Reporting
- Loyalty & Customer Interaction Center
- Leads LEVEREDGE(NGDMS) Backend development team in Change Advisory Board.
- Leads integration of LeverEdge backend solution will all other components of the solution including iQ, Mobility, Digital Mapping etc.
- Responsible for working with identified vendor teams to ensure all changes and resulting transition are completed on time.
- Manages Support team for LEVEREDGE(NGDMS) Backend in project phase and handing over to services team post implementation/intensive care.
- Responsible for resolving identified issues raised via L2 & L3 support
- Has overall responsibility for PMO and SOX Compliance for LEVEREDGE(NGDMS) Backend.
- Ensures that LEVEREDGE(NGDMS) Backend changes are as requested by the project roll-out and country expectations with the required documentation.
- Ensures interaction and delivery from infrastructure team for all requirements related to LEVEREDGE(NGDMS) Backend.
- Alignment with Retail Execution Big Bet using a component based approach
Key Skills:
- Distributive Trade processes.
- Software lifecycle management, solution & service design, Software as service
- Demonstrated experience in SAP ECC or IS Retail implementation in a lead role is a pre-requisite for this role.
- Additionally CRM and BI experience highly preferred.

Relevant Experience:
- Proven experience in the area of managing large programs (preferably region or global) support and change.
- Proven experience in establishment and implementation of large projects.
- Experience in handling regional/global projects.
