We create, market and distribute the products that people choose to feed their families and keep themselves and their homes clean and fresh.   Job title : Assistant Manager - Effectiveness & Improvement Analyst  Location : ETSC - Bangalore  Department : Infrastructure Services  Fixed Term Assignment - 3 years fixed term project based assignment.  JD :  Key Deliverables/accountabilities :  - Work within the Operational Control and Governance team to ensure ITIL processes are implemented fully, managed effectively and governed thoroughly across all cross functional services.  - Provide support to the Operational Effectiveness Manager with core ITIL processes, with specific focus on configuration management, asset management, operational acceptance and problem management.  - Manage and track of all value, innovation and continuous improvement activities.  - Accountable for the Global Enterprise Computing sharepoint site collection, sub-sites and extranet sites, including creation and maintenance of workflows, libraries and group access lists.  Key Responsibilities :  - Ensure process documentation and supporting material is current and accurate across Global Enterprise Computing and broader ISD processes.  - Assist in the definition and implementation of working practices that are driven by process implementation.  - Provide support to the Operational Effectiveness Manager in the governance and adherence of suppliers in accordance with Service Level Agreements, Operational Level Agreements and Underpinning contracts.  - Drive accuracy and quality of data held in Unilever's CMDB by ensuring Enterprise Computing comply with Global processes & policies for configuration and asset (lifecycle) management.   - To represent Global Enterprise Computing at regular supplier and stakeholder reviews, tracking actions, issues and risks.  - To drive supplier engagement in the delivery of value and improvement initiatives, assuring progress to plan and budget.   - To act as the SME and point of contact for Global Enterprise Computing's sharepoint site, sub-sites and extranet sites. Manage and control access in accordance with security & audit policies, as well as, responsibility for creating workflows.  Communication :  - To provide advice and guidance on the specified control and cross functional processes to internal teams, cross tower peers and external suppliers   - To liaise with Service Delivery Managers in order to establish and understand the business impact and priority of specified control and compliance processes   - To communicate with other teams in ISD in order to ensure the requirements of process control and the touch points between processes are understood.  Education & Work Experience :   - At least 5 years experience in IT Service Management.  - Experience of delivering robust and effective Configuration & Asset management processes, integrated in the CMDB.  - Previous responsibility for creating and managing share-point and extranet sites, including workflows.  - Must have experience of creating and managing Continuous Service Improvements and process.  - ITIL Foundation in Service Management - Mandatory.  - Subject Matter Expert in Sharepoint/Extranet - Mandatory.  - Expert in MS Excel - Mandatory.  - Knowledge of BMC Remedy & Atrium - Preferred.  Online Assessment :  Please note : As part of the job application, you will be asked to complete an online assessment.
