Looking for Development Expert (UI Framework) for our product development company in Bangalore.  Duties and Responsibilities:  You will play a crucial role in the future design and development of UI framework. Working closely with designers, technical leadership, product management and application teams, you will create a consistent and welldesigned user experience (UX) that will be reflected throughout the product suite.   Day-to-day, your job will be to work with a close-knit team of talented and experienced developers to prototype, build, iterate on and ship high quality code that provides a great user experience for users. You will design and develop core UI components achieving the right balance between user experience, functionality and customization.  The kind of person we're seeking is high energy, curious, excellent at solving problems, and a great team player.  Basic Minimum Qualifications:  - Expertise in a broad range of web technologies with a good balance between front-end and server-side programming is required. A strong interest in user interface development and a bias toward building frameworks.  - 12+ years in developing production-grade web applications and enterprise Java programming.  - 10+ years direct programming experience with one or more UI frameworks (Eg. Struts, JSF, Tapestry, GWT etc.)  - High level of expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON and HTTP. Expertise in one or more JavaScript libraries (jQuery or Angular preferred), DOM manipulation and understanding of object oriented JavaScript.  - Hands-on experience in coding cross-browser compatible web applications. Knowledge of responsive design and current trends in user interface development for different device types will be a plus.  - First class object oriented design and programming skills.  - Experience working with one or more application servers (Eg. Tomcat, JBoss etc.) and web servers (Eg. Apache).  - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams on a project.  - BE or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.  Preferred Qualifications  - Experience working on cloud (on-demand) software.  - Experience with developing software for multiple languages, including Right-to-Left languages.  Experience: 8 - 18 Years  Job Location: Bangalore
