UHG - Associate Director - BI/Analytics

- 10+ years proven experience in project management, program management, designing & solution Delivery in the Data Warehousing

- Results oriented person with a delivery focus.

- Should have led RFP and RFI responses in Data warehousing and Business Intelligence opportunities

- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with reporting tools and data modeling. Must have Handled Big Data projects.

- Detail oriented and strong organization skills.

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

- Ability to manage projects across multiple teams.

- Significant experience in healthcare related advanced analytics.

- In-depth expertise in creating and delivering presentations and writing/developing proposals.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or higher) preferred

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external audiences

- Should have very strong experience in managing large & cross country teams
