uFaber.com is a well-funded EduTech startup, founded by serial entrepreneurs from IIT Bombay, with a view to change the way we learn, in every stage of our life. Technology has changed almost every aspect of our life, but the way we learn is still the same. We are trying to change that

What will you be doing-

In a growth stage startup you would be often surprised to know how much and how fast you can work. This is how your initial days might look like

1. You are required to plan and execute module based Training programs for the staff/trainers and students, specifically the program of English language.

2. You would be involved in conducting a number of workshops on - innovative ways of teaching.

3. Developed curriculum and content for the training program

4. Conduct regular Professional Development sessions based on the need of the teachers.

5. Mentor trainees and helped them with regular feedbacks on their online teaching.

6. Design and execute interactive sessions. The sessions starting from Basic English language extended till the Advanced level.
