The Opportunity: - Managing last mile delivery ops for vendor hubs in the respective zone (50+ hubs) - End to end ownership of Respective Zone's performance - Managing 8 to 10 cluster executives - Regular performance reviews with vendors to discuss and improve performance - Managing performance of cluster executives - Traveling to various stations across zone and accessing ground performance - Ability to deep dive into numbers to identify problems and propose solutions - Resolving issues related to vendors - (L2 Escalations) - Being part of expansion of drop model with respective vendors This Opportunity is right for you if: - Strong in ops management and stakeholder management - Should have managed teams remotely (At least 4 to 5 direct subordinates) - Good data analysis skills and communication skills - Able to scale with the high growth pace of the organization - Someone with at-least 2 year of ops experience (Start up exposure preferred, not mandatory)
