Description : This role is responsible for ensuring that sellers are enabled to work on Udaan platform in terms of understanding its policies and key processes. Key Roles and Responsibilities : - Work with category teams closely in deciding whether or not a particular seller has to be onboarded onto the platform. Design an objective framework for such evaluation ensure that there is conflict of interest Once the seller has been on-boarded ensure that the seller is equipped to work on Udaan. This involves : - Making seller conversant with the policies of the platform - Making sellers conversant with tools of Udaan - both the app and the Seller Console - Check for his physical enablement to process orders eg. fulfillment processes - Financial enablement - Handhold him through the first few transactions on Udaan - Enable sellers moving to new processes - eg. Managed Fulfillment - Work with product teams to streamline the onboarding process - Develop the right content and model of engagement for various types of sellers - e.g. small seller, big seller, medium seller - Develop an objective framework for measuring the success of enablement. - Continuously measure the effectiveness of evaluation - Capture feedback the sellers around various processes and work with product teams in improving features - both on enablement and core processes.
