Opportunity: - Lead the projects for a Clothing Business Operations at Udaan: You will be responsible for identification of large problem statement across Udaan. This is a massively impactful role and you will have great opportunities to develop &amp; foster various skill sets. - End to end planning and execution of projects and making it successful such that it can be replicated across Udaan and taking the same up with product team for the implementation. Roles and responsibility: 1) Driving projects to increase operational matrices of category. 2) Weekly analysis of operational activities and actions on the levers based on insights. 3) Planning and executing operational calendar for the month. 4) Coordinating with category team closely for taking and giving insights during planning. 5) Leading adoption of solution across categories after successful pilot projects. 6) Work with various stakeholders inside or outside organisation. 7) Looking into the problem statement of how to increase delivery% of category. 8) Coordinating with category teams to bring down overall shipped time of sellers. 9) Working on new problem statements like designing of logistics rate card for category. 10) Controlling category returns and minimising it. Requirements: - Deep business acumen and strong problem-solving abilities - Experience of leading a ground team will be a plus point - Knowledge in technical domain will be a bonus - 4-5 years of relevant work experience in fast-paced start ups - Highly driven and self-motivated - Plan meticulously and execute tightly - Excellent data analysis, data interpretation and first principle problem-solving approach - Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what-it-takes mindset - Will be responsible for Operations PnL for the category - Get things done attitude
