What will you do? - Responsible for all RBI and regulatory provisions applicable to NBFC. - Preparation of notes for Board on these regulatory requirements - Interpretation, study and market practice on various Business compliance calls. - Ensuring compliance of various NBFC businesses and reporting activities. - Attending and preparing replies to RBI inspection report. - MIS reports of key actionable area of improvement. - Review of various agreements pertains to NBFC. - Preparation and review of all NBFC applicable policies. - Drafting, review and negotiation of various Credit Agreements - Reporting to Legal Head. What will you need? - A Law degree LLB/LLM. - 5-10 years of experience, one who has worked on RBI regulations with NBFC background will be preferred.
