Job Description - Customer profiling and understanding of credit requirements in each cohort in each category - Help develop specific retail product programs (market products as well as new constructs) in conjunction with various internal stakeholders (Compliance, Ops, collections, underwriting, etc) - Develop and maintain SOPs for each function for each of the new products. - Launch and grow buy-side programs from conception to pilot to launch.
