About the role:
- We are looking for an all-star to be part of our Product Ops team. If you are comfortable in an 'all-hands-on-deck' environment, love solving problems and want to change how commerce happens in India, this is the place for you.
What you will do:
- Responsible for setting a metrics for measuring buyer experience and responsible for tracking its improvement. Will be involved in building models and predictive analysis
- Ability to measure impact of experiments related to buyer and seller experience, analyse and help in course correction
- Through analytical review and trend analysis, track performance against plan, and provide performance insights
- Recommend business actions based on analytical findings, define new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance
- Working with cross-functional teams to understand their processes and metrics and contribute to efficiency improvement
- Extract, interpret and analyse data across various sources
- Drive targets with Business teams and help them with gap analysis and improvement plans
- Deliver and manage Business scorecards for the business
