If you think you have it in you to operate in a hyper growth environment and build processes that last, we are interested to meet you.  Who You Are :  - Naturally gifted at service and people management, you leverage your unparalleled empathy and charm to turn angry riders and partners into our strongest supporters and ambassadors.   - You Will also be training, mentoring, and leading team members to provide world-class service.   - You look to build professional, repeatable processes and standards to scale support operations, while not forgetting that creating those positive, lasting relationships with our partners and riders is at the core of what makes Uber so special.  What You Will Do :  - Spend majority of time using data and analysis to solve operational problems  - Lead and develop a team of 10-20 associates,responsible for the overall direction, performance management, coordination and evaluation of the team  - Focus on management of SLA, quality and customer experience  - Trouble shooter in case of issues relating to process affecting the SLAs  - Carry out supervisory responsibilities in a 24/7 operations helping specialists responding to questions of riders and drivers through email support and phone support, additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees,planning, assigning and directing work,rewarding and disciplining employees, and effective conflict resolution  - Mentor and act as a resource to new managers and expedite their learning curve also devise action plan to develop and groom associates into future CS Managers  - Communicating policies to associates and become the primary information source for staff, following-up to ensure compliance and consistency,taking corrective action as necessary and documenting the issue and actions taken.  - Expected to be 2nd in line to the Sr Community Operations Managers and at times might be required to perform delegated duties of Sr Comm Ops Managers.  - Identifying customer impacting issues, working out and implementing solutions and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction rate.  - Assist in developing and implementing training programs to improve the quality and productivity of the team  - Drive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency of the site Understanding and effectively utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures  Requirements :  - Bachelors or Masters from a top tier institute   - Strong data analysis skills is a must  - 5+ years of customer service experience in a top tier company, high volume environment, with at least 1 years of supervisory experience at Team lead/AM/Deputy Mgr level leading a team of 20-50 associates  - Willingness to work in shifts (rotating day/night shifts, rotating weekly offs.
