Department/Function : Marketing

Position/Title : Specialist - Digital and Brand

Reporting to : Lead - Digital and Brand

Role Purpose :

Work as part of the brand and digital team to develop, implement & manage the brand and digital marketing plans.

Communication design - internal and external; Agency briefings & creative development (briefing, development, and production) while enhancing the brand/corporate image, brand awareness and contribute towards the growth of the organization.

Managing project on Digital for Tupperware, website, social media and various Apps.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and execute innovative brand campaigns on a monthly basis

- Identify the campaign, based on the products to be promoted and opportunity in that month

- Devise & coordinate the medium of communication for promotion

- Design an attractive communication message for the campaigns

- Co-ordinate with the external agencies to execute the campaign

- Design & develop the Sales Force & Consumer promotions Flyers on a monthly basis

- Co-ordinate with Products & Promotions team to gather information

- Brief the external agency & co-ordinate with it to execute product shoots

- Design the creatives for the flyers and catalogues and manage their printing and distribution in a time-bound manner

- Ensure effective integrated campaigns to reach out masses for brand enhancement

- Content Management for Tupperware Apps and promotion for the same

- Regularly interact with the media by providing them news about latest happenings at Tupperware & corporate image building

Desired Profile :

- Good written and spoken English

- Good knowledge of copywriting assessment

- Digital Marketing experience - basic understanding and experience in managing the platforms or managing the agencies

- Good Communication Skills

- Experience in a digital marketing agency with an interest in building brands online/offline

Education :

MBA-Marketing

Experience :

1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, and brand role
