TI Cycles of India is looking for Brand Manager - Marketing (Chennai location).
- Brand Management Experience & Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
- Proactively map Consumer insights through market visits by interaction with consumers, channel & sales teams.
- Coordinate & Create Integrated Marketing Communication plans category wise. Implement & measure effectiveness of the activities to map brand recall/brand share.
- Studying competitors' products and services & Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
- Map & analyse category wise brand performance in terms of sales of existing & new products on a monthly basis with category managers through a watch dog role. (Look at a 4P approach)
- Advertising - Creative concepts for TVC, ATL & BTL Collaterals as per brand protocol.
- Key consumer groups interaction - Feedback on new products, Map Consumer Expectations towards category.
Desired Skills and Experience
Any Graduates / PG Diploma (Marketing) / Media studies with 4 to 7 years of experience in Consumer Goods/ Sports /Lifestyle/ FMCG Industry
Good knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
Should have Work experience with Premium brands is an added advantage
