TRUX - General Manager - Supply Chain - LCV/Intracity/Procurement/Sourcing

Urgently Looking for General Manager - Supply Chain (LCV /Intracity/Procurement/Sourcing) for one of the fastest growing logistics startup in India.

Job Responsibilities:

- Building pan India assured network of truck suppliers of LCVs and SCVs .

- Responsible for building adequate supply of trucks in respective city / cluster to serve the demand from customers .

- Manage day to day operations of suppliers, responding to complaints from the operations team or suppliers with regards to service or quality. And Co-ordinates the implementation of supply chain processes that improve service, quality or efficiency, & reduce costs.

- Responsible for verification / validation of credentials of on-boarded supply partner through own setup.

- Responsible for PAN India supply chain strategic plans, projects and objectives into the annual operating plan, with support from the leadership team, including making any necessary modification.

- Ensure discipline & compliance by supply business partners

- Increase tech penetration amongst business partners through training, hand-holding & high levels of engagement.

- Lead a team of regional supply managers / field staff to ensure smooth supply of vehicles pan India .

- Will be responsible for Developing strategic supply and inventory plans to support near and midterm initiatives and to support on-going business.

- Meet service level targets defined for business partners in terms of size of business, supply level & many others.

- Measure forecast accuracy at multiple levels and prepare monthly accuracy reports, conduct root cause analysis to understand reasons for forecast failures/deviations

- Interact and work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and being on track with both short and long term supply.

Preferred Attributes:

Candidate should have minimum 7 to 14 years of experience towards Supply Chain, Fleet Planning, Operation planning, Planning & forecasting.
