Lead the efforts in optimizing and improving the existing processes  3. Implementation of new operations initiatives with effective tracking systems at scale  4. Maintain and report weekly/monthly KPIs  Skills and requirements:  1. Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills with basic understanding of operations  2.
