Role Summary:  - The primary objective of this role is to drive online media sales for Trivone with the goal of driving significant revenue and establishing leadership position among the online advertisers.   - The candidate is expected to be very well connected with direct online advertisers / media agencies handling online brands   - You will need to identify, develop, pitch and execute Ad sales initiatives, its monetization and achieve Ad Sales Revenue targets.  Designation: Sales Manager, Media and Services   Work Experience: 5-8 years  Domain: Online Sales   Location: Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi  Skills and Qualifications:  - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.  - Willingness to travel and work with a delivery team of professionals.  - Proven leadership qualities with an ability to drive sales teams.  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  - Ability to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Ability to independently implement the sales plan including large format branded events  - Ensuring a healthy funnel for the business at any point of time  - Achieving monthly and quarterly targets for both online ad sales and events sales  - Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks / agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue on a monthly basis  - Mapping each critical account and maintaining relationship at all levels  - Drive results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a strong vision
