- Innovation or having the R&D to create world's best product in the non-sports footwear category for a global audience. Footwear is a multi-billion dollar industry. Unlike the sports category, you will only find 10- 15% companies (non-sports category) trying some innovation (not marketing gimmick). There is a huge gap which we plan to fill. Job description :

- We're looking for a polymer co-founder to lead the continued development of our relatively early-stage project which means candidates having experience in processing of high performance plastic and getting the moulds designed will be preferred more.

- You should be good at your core subject i.e. material innovation as you will be required to devise formulations in diverse range of new materials. The material related work (form raw material to manpower to machinery) has to be looked upon by the Co- founder independently.

- We are strictly looking for somebody who gets things done, is a problem solver, and takes initiative, entrepreneurial, quick learner, well organized as each and every aspect of the work has to be well documented, curious and tactful.

- Prior experience as a co-founder/senior role in a start-up would be highly valued.

Location : Noida
