Position Summary:

- This position will be responsible for analyzing all of TIME Inc Media spends and strategies from the past and help develop an Optimized Media spend program for all the TIME INC BRANDS across Print, Digital and Mobile.

Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze the past marketing spends on the various Brands and identify the most profitable investment.

- Develop Media Mix Models to help define Marketing spends across various Media and Brands based on the unique nature of brands.

- Provide insights to brand managers to manage their brand positioning.

- Lead the MMM initiative in the organization.

Job Requirement:

- Strong Knowledge of analytical and quantitative skills.

- Hands on Experience in building and maintaining Marketing Mix Models across domains.

- 4 – 8 years experience in developing MMM Models and client handling.

- Keen on doing end to end development of MMM models.

- Ability to make persuasive presentations for business owners and helping make business decisions.

- Quick learner and ability to adapt to a changing environment

- Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables

- Positive attitude and high on energy

Educational Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics, Masters/PhD strongly preferred

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint SAS other languages a plus.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Technical Skills:

- Marketing Mix Modeling experience is a must

- Understanding of multivariate statistics, including regression based modeling, ANCOVA, descriptive statistical techniques

- Ability to create Ad Stocks and Remove Decay Effects.

- Deep understanding of statistical diagnostics (significance test, model fit, etc)
