The Training & Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring Quality Compliance and for planning & executing Training needs for the Customer Support function. She/he will be responsible for the overall team performance in terms of call quality by consistently monitoring performance and by efficiently training the team.  Responsibilities:  - Assist in set up of SLAs and continuously benchmark processes, baseline performance and target setting  - Design new processes for QC functioning to meet internal service level targets  - Incubation of QC in all new processes  - Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues  - Monitor all operations that affect quality  - Facilitate and identify potential areas for improvement and actively participate in improvement initiatives and drive incremental improvements  - Design, develop and deliver training modules to meet the quality requirements for both process improvement and product introduction  - Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers  - Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations  - Deploy a wide variety of training methods  - Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions  - Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them  - Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices  Must Possess :  - Proven work experience as a training & quality manager or relevant role.  - Track record in designing and executing successful training programs  - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)  - Excellent communication and leadership skills  - Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively  - Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals Good computer and database skills  - Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards  - Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods  Salary offered : 7 - 10 LPA
