The HR Business Partner will have the responsibility for effective people management of the organization, and will engage with business leaders to enable and impact business success. The role will help in ideating and implementing various HR initiatives, including employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition. The role will be responsible for enabling a strong handshake with the business to ensure perpetuation of all major HR initiatives being rolled out centrally.  Please find below the detailed description of the same:  - Will be responsible for providing real time and strategic employee relations engagement and management through effective triage, stakeholder management, and thorough assessments using independent judgement.  - Analyses data and documentation to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations.  - Works closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies across organization.  - Contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.  - Leverages foundational organization capability principles and/or design components to improve individual, group and organizational functioning.  - Coaches, mentors and/or advises managers and employees at all levels to help drive growth and development.  - Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.  - Aids in the development of an organization's culture consistent with strategic direction, business imperatives, and values and ethics.  - Supports the transformation of the Business HR organization into a strategic learning organization.  Required Skills:  Should have 3+ years of relevant post qualification experience.  MBA or equivalent degree from a premium B-School.  Skill sets & Exposure required: A successful candidate would have had HRBP exposure, supporting senior leadership in the business and experience in working across cross functional teams.  Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, stakeholder management in a matrixed environment, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, data analysis, and problem solving.  Should have experience in financial modelling, forecasting and planning for HR
