Key Responsibilities :  - Manage a portfolio of projects according to the standards and expectations of the PMO.  - Manage assigned resources as appropriate to the implementation of project related activities.  - Prepare and maintain all project documentation such as; initiation, delivery plans and budgets. Develop and maintain project plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects.   - Ensure projects are planned and executed in-line with the PMO approach  - Project team roles and responsibilities  - Risk and Issue identification and management  - Ensure deliverable meet required quality standards.   - Develop and maintain a Communications Plan and keep the business communities appraised of project plans and related implications.   - Act as a liaison between business and other teams  - Production of progress and other management reports.   - Ensure business benefits can be realized or that risks inhibiting realization are highlighted.  Skills, knowledge, qualifications required for job   - 3-5 years of experience in IT/Consulting industry  - BE/MBA from top 20 colleges in India  - Ability to handle multiple threads at the same time  - Analytical Thinking - Effective at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation, and developing an approach to interacting with the situation.   - Strategic Perspective - Needs to keep overall objectives and strategies in mind, and not be deflected by matters of detail.  - Applying standards - Effective in the application of relevant industry and process standards to all tasks undertaken.   - Aggressive & target oriented with a flair for building relationships   - Excellent people skills  - Excellent English writing skills, strong vocabulary, good comprehension skills  - Prior experience in travel industry & its businesses will be an add-on   - Experience in organisation wide initiatives and change management.
