Role Title : Sales Incentive Team Leader	   Location : Mumbai	  Business unit : HR Shared Services Centre			  Role purpose : Primary responsibility for managing, improving and implementing Compensation & Benefits programmes and providing a customer-focused, accurate and efficient service to managers and employees across the business.  Key accountabilities :	  - Should have good knowledge of USA benefits like COBRA, Co-pay, Co-Insurance, Deductible etc. For other countries, training will be provided.  - Should have experience in managing global clients or at least some international exposure is required. Do not prefer Indian comp & Benefit knowledge.  - Excellent communication skills. Will be collaborating with stakeholders globally.  - Flexible to work in shifts.  - Managing rewards mailbox and answering queries received from global stakeholders.  - Administrating the changes made in the comp plan. The team lead will be responsible for global communication of plans & policies & circulating necessary information to the employees.  - Drafting benefits related documents under the supervision of onshore team.   Responsible to ensure seamless service delivery of Compensation & Benefits processes as per the agreed timelines :  - Ensure that the team is effectively planned and manage relationships with business partners  - Act as a single point of contact for Compensation & Benefits issues/ escalations  - Manage employee queries/issues and escalate them as appropriate  - Produce market data   - Day to day support and guidance and communication of reward benefits  - Manage relationship with benefits’ providers  Co-ordination of the reward letter process :  - Managing work allocation and effective resource planning  - Responsible for building a motivated team by effectively coaching and mentoring the team members  - Strong interpersonal skills to manage coordination with HR teams across different markets  - May be required to multi-task and work under pressure, re-prioritize tasks, and adjust own working patterns.  - Ensure ongoing adherence to Travelex compliance requirements, as well as applicable business processes.  - Guide the team to contribute to the continuous improvement of the HRSSC practices, processes and systems   - Make improvements in the process and escalate when necessary  - Provide status reports to Rewards lead on timely basis  - Responsible for career and succession planning of the team members  Key interfaces/ relationships :  - Finance: reports and reporting   - HR: global HR team  - Compliance: ensure operating within policy & as per regulatory licence(s)   Role-specific experience and skills :	  - Should be a graduate in any discipline.  - 6 Years’ demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits. US comp & benefit experience is preferred.  - Understand policies and processes in a detailed manner and drive improvements  - Ability to lead teams and take decisions.  - Effectively communicates to internal and external stake-holders.  - Collaborate well to manage communications with different HR markets  - Possess excellent communication skills  - Possess good knowledge of working on an HR system – ideally Workday  - Experienced in performance and conflict management of the team  - Ability to analyse information & data and draw logical conclusions  - Flexible to work in shifts.  General experience and personal qualities :   Leadership & management :  - Management of a team, where applicable, to maximise their potential and achieve results, including recruitment, coaching, retention and performance management  - Self-aware, open-minded with a high degree of personal and professional integrity  Commercial acumen :  - Strong commercial acumen and ability to apply solid commercial judgment in their area of expertise  - Protect the business by ensuring compliance to procedures, managing risks and escalating where appropriate to protect the reputational integrity of Travelex  Strong relationships :  - The ability to manage strong relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, internal and external stakeholders  - Proactive sharing of best practice to peers and teams for continuous improvement of performance in their area of expertise  Management of change :  - Experience of managing change   Performance and results focus :  - A strong record of performance delivery in their area of expertise, through increased sales and cost management   - The ability to analyse issues, develop solutions and influence key decisions, balancing risk with results  - Drive customer focus in everything we do to gain and retain high quality customers for the long term success of Travelex
