For one of our prestigious multinational clients dealing with Remote IT Infrastructure Services, we are looking for Client Delivery Manager. The positions are based at Hyderabad.

Job Description :

- Manage overall Transition, On-boarding, Program performance across defined methodology and phases.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in IMS.

- Monitor and govern overall progress as per the defined plan. Track and resolve issues, initiate corrective actions as appropriate to manage delays.

- Establish and manage relationship with clients business and project stakeholders. Manage expectations across key internal and external stakeholders of the Service Delivery, Project management, On-boarding and other related business units.

- Ensure deliverables in accordance to defined methodology with high level of quality, timeliness.

- Knowledge on ISMS.

- Do you have a Bachelors degree (preferably in Computers)-

- Do you have 10+ years in IT - IMS-

- Do you have strong IT operations background, and proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders, customer environments etc. -

- Do you have working with clients in US-

- Are you open to US travel on a need be basis-

- Are you from Hyderabad-

- If you are not from Hyderabad, are you willing to relocate-

- Candidates with experience in managing DevOps teams and environments will be given preference.
