- Would be responsible for Process Migration from overseas client sites to India Offshore operations site.  - Manage complete project end-to-end, right from solution stage to stabilization.   - Would be responsible for planning, costing, schedule and execution of the project.  - Need to have excellent solution and client management skills.   - Need to have done transition management/ PMO, preferably in financial services firms.   - Needed advance Program Management/ PMO skills  - International project/ transition management experience of atleast five projects.   - Experience in working in start up BPOs will be beneficial.  - PMP certification would be added advantage.  Around of 13 years- experience
