Manager –Transfer Pricing
5-6 years of post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing.
Mumbai
Qualified CA from 2005-06 batch having relevant experience in Transfer Pricing.
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will manage the entire engagement from planning to compliance to managing of controversy projects with respect to the clients. Some of the main priorities of this role are:
- Responding to client requirements within the stipulated period of time.
- To get involved at the various levels of the job (marketing, selling & application level).
- Supervising the execution of the job.
- Involving with critical client situations (like uphold adjustments or when tax demands are raised.)

- Support the team to help clients of other partners with compliance issues.
- Client’s acceptance of planning ideas.
- Timely execution of compliance.
- Timely representation to the revenue authorities.
- Answering the questions of revenue authorities.
- Successfully defending the clients on adjustments.
- Successfully satisfying timely responsiveness to client’s queries.
- Carrying out effective use of databases.
Skills/ Knowledge:
- High technical knowledge in terms of understanding of legislation.
- Expert knowledge of accounting standards: Indian GAAP and International GAAP.
- Practical knowledge associated with administration of the regulation of transfer pricing.
- Interpretative and analytical skills are important.
- Knowledge of global transfer pricing standards.
- Knowledge of effective use of databases both Indian and international.
- Knowledge of methodology adopted by organizations for global documentation purposes.
