Experience : Should have approx. 0-2 years of core transfer pricing experience

Academic Qualifications : Qualified Chartered Accountant

Essentials :

- Should be well versed with OECD TP Guidelines and transfer pricing regulations of developed countries

- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and ppt)

Job Role :

- Preparing transfer pricing documentation reports.

- Understand and work upon the industry analysis, functional analysis, and analyzing the method to be applied for the transfer pricing study, economic analysis- searching for companies carrying on with a similar business, analyzing the related party transactions of the companies, analyzing their segment reporting, analyzing the international transactions of the client.

- Complete Transfer Pricing assignments which include bench marking studies for various multinational clients.

- Identification of international transactions, computation of arm's length price, selection of the most appropriate method, documentation and preparation of transfer pricing study reports.

- Assisting clients in transfer pricing/supply chain planning

- Conducting economic analysis/ comparability analysis. Should be well versed in using Indian and foreign databases

- Preparing technical submissions for assessments & appellate level

- Representing the client's case before the Tax Officer/ Appellate level
