About TAS

The Transaction Advisory Consultant works closely with other team members to provide financial and operational analysis of Indian and International business for our clients. The Transaction Support Service Line offers our clients assistance with M&A Activities, buy-side due diligence, sell-side due diligence, and working capital assistance.

Job Description :

- Develop an understanding of due diligence reports and perform detailed review of schedules and analysis to assist with quality control of client deliverables

- Interact with the engagement team during the internal review process to understand methodology and unique analysis included in the report

- Develop and demonstrate high-level proficiency in excel skills and workbook management after completion of hands-on workbook preparation and database training

- Assist in preparation of RSM analysis and creation of detailed schedules to be included in due diligence reports and client deliverables

- Assist in preparation of client deliverables by performing detailed review of due diligence reports; interact with team members and leadership

- Prepare proof-reading comments and suggestions to the engagement team during the tie-out review process

- Develop an understanding of firm resources and how to navigate internal and external tools to complete market and industry research

- Assist the engagement team during the early stages of diligence to understand our clients' needs, business and industry, current industry trends and challenges, and identify preliminary due diligence issues

- Demonstrate flexibility and gain exposure to various industries by preparing pieces of multiple engagements

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA from a premier B School

- 2+ years of advisory/ consulting experience, preferably from a Big 4

- A self-starter who is confident when interacting with clients, internal team members, and firm leadership

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

- Ability to travel up to 25-30%

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in order to interact effectively with internal team members and external clients of the firm
