Training Manager  - We are hiring for one of the leading Banks in India for the role of Training Manager.  - The jobholder will be primarily responsible for execution of the overall L&D strategies for Support functions.  - Implement the Bank's L&D solutions viz product, process, soft skills & behavioural training in the region. The person will manage, design, develop and coordinate the execution strategy of all internal/external training programs/initiatives for the support teams of the Bank.  - Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information  - Support the Curriculum team in Content Creation.  - Assess the effectiveness of the program and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills.  - Maintain updated curriculum database and training records  - Ensure Employee Training Coverage as per defined levels.  - Manage training initiatives through partner organizations as well as outsourced training partners.  - Manage and maintain in house training facilities and equipment  - Calibrate training impact for select L&D interventions.
