Training & Development (3-6 yrs)
Role:
- Support T&D initiatives in the execution of T&D strategy
- Explore learning resources, learning tools that compliment the T&D strategy
- Play the role of an advisory to the businesses, for any people development & talent management needs.
- Execute and deliver all T&D products (divisional and cross-divisional) by leveraging on standardized processes and designs
Requirements:
- MBA (HR) with 3-6 yrs of experience in L&D
- Hands on experience in learning tools/ technology
- Experience in handling learning partners/ training administration & stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of learning methodologies, content design, delivery and evaluation of training.
- Knowledge of industry best practices around OD & learning interventions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
