Main Purpose:  Corporate Finance - I Gaap & Banking & Treasury Operations  - This role requires person to manage pan India business of Trafigura from Banking, Treasury & Corporate Finance perspective  Experience, Knowledge and Skills:  Mandatory:  - Preferably Chartered Accountants (CA) / Experience Graduate  - 5-7 years of experience in a financial sector with strong Finance & Accounting background  - Strong experience in Banking & Treasury operations including Commodity & Forex Hedging  - Daily & weekly Cash Flow Analysis & Corporate Investments   - Banking Relationship with Foreign and PSU Banks  - Strong Knowledge and experience in availing Buyers Credit , Term Loans, Fund & non Funds based facilities and LC limits  - Strong knowledge/ experience is handling Bank’s facility agreements from legal standpoint  - Knowledge in Financial Statements finalisation, managing Statutory Audits with Big 4 and closure of all regulatory reporting’s with RBI/ FEMA within deadlines  - Strong awareness and hands-on knowledge of iGAAP, USGAAP And IFRS  - Monthly & Annual Accounts Maintenance, Tax Audit and Statutory Audits  - Awareness of regulatory environment wrt Permanent Establishment, FDI, FEMA and foreign holding and subsidiary structures  - The individual should be experienced in dealing with diverse range of stakeholders up to & including senior management and Senior Traders  - Good analytical & numerical skills   - Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral & written)   - Possess strong interpersonal skills  - The individual must have a proven track record of the ability to work to meet deadlines in an accurate manner - this is a fundamental requirement  - Well organised & can multi task  - Experience of working in complex businesses  - Advanced knowledge and ability to work on Tally accounting systems, Microsoft tools – MS Excel, MS Word, Access & PowerPoint  Key Responsibilities: 	 - Prepare Daily & Weekly Cash Flow and Analysis  - Daily Bank limits and Cash Balances  - Manage relationship with Bank Operations  - Keep Daily track of Buyers credit dues and repayment and Interest Calculations  - Custodian of all deal ticket/ forward hedges relating to FX and Commodity hedge and ensure 100% compliance requirement of banks and RBI  - Manage Accounting Entries in Tally for Bank Recs, Commodity / Fx hedge / Forward  - Review Risk Card, Perform Hedge effectiveness test on forward trades and stock hedges. Ensure that risk is correctly reported and explain any deviations   - Be a change agent by maximising efficiencies through process re-engineering  Key Relationships: 	 - Deals Desk   - Operations including Traffic  - Traders  - Finance Function  - Senior Management
