The candidate will be directly responsible for driving the revenues and market penetration in the region.   Key Responsibilities:   - P&L responsibility for end-to-end sales to Enterprises. Customers include Venture Capital funds, Fortune 1000 corporates, Investment Banks, Accelerators, Incubators, etc.   - Build and manage a high-performing team of quota-carrying sales reps, including other key functional aspects of managing a team like implementing performance and review plan, training.   - Identify and execute projects on an on-going basis to improve sales efficiency across the team   - Define strategy for the sales teams including launch plan of new geographies or practice areas, prioritization of the customer segments, territory division, etc.   - Work closely with the cross-functional leadership on cross-department projects.   Please apply if you have/are:   - 10-12 years of strong work experience in Enterprise/Institutional Business Development (experience in cross-border remote sales/ Inside Sales/ Concept Selling is a plus)   - Top notch academics from premier institutions - IITs / IIMs / ISB   - Managed a team of at least 12 direct reportees   - Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities   - Ready to relocate to Bangalore   What we offer :   - Fabulous opportunity to network with VCs, PEs, IBs, Incubators and CorpDevs  - No bureaucracy.
