Reviewing output of the team and ensuring quality. Providing mentorship and ensuring skill development.  - Understanding client research use-cases and designing report templates  - Conducting secondary research on startups and industry sectors.  - Developing a thorough understanding of the Tracxn platform and its features.  Requirement :   - 7 - 12 years of work experience   - Must have completed Bachelor's degree in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 or 2009  What an Analyst at Tracxn does NOT do :   - We are not a deal advisory firm or VC fund. We don't do financial modelling and don- t participate in funding activities. We are more focused on business understanding and industry trends.   - We are not an analytics company. Our strength is research and building usable insights from our research. We don't use any of the analytics tools like SAS, Statistica, MATLAB etc.   - We are not a consulting firm.
