What we do :   - Tracxn works closely with reputed global VC / PE funds to identify upcoming investable startups. Clients include Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz, Google Capital and many others   - We use state-of-the-art technology to track millions of interesting companies globally and our sector-expert team aims to identify major investment opportunities   - We track startups in highly investable sectors like Food Tech, Enterprise Infrastructure, FinTech, Internet of Things etc. to understand the efficiency they are building into the system, what they are doing differently and what's interesting about these companies   What we expect from you :   - Develop a detailed micro-level understanding of existing process, improvise the process efficiency and maintain a sustainable process flow  - Prior experience in Team management  - Exemplary process & people management skills, apt to function as a Team manager and at the same time as an individual contributor based on the demand from role specified  - Should have good / advanced hands-on experience using M S Excel / Google spreadsheets / both  - Should be time bound, have good multi-tasking and project management skills  - High level of ownership and accountability over business and process performance  Are you suitable for the role :   - You enjoy working around data and numbers  - You are inclined towards data oriented decision making  - You are always curious about businesses and startups, and associated funding, mergers and acquisition activities  - You are used to crisis management  - You are flexible to brainstorming during critical decision making  - Note : This is not a data analytics job. There are no analytics tools or programs involved.
