Tracxn (tracxn.com) is a research and deal sourcing platform for Venture Capital, Private Equity, CorpDev and people working around Start- Up ecosystems. Backed by prominent investors like SAIF Partners, Tracxn is a Series A funded company.

We are a team of 400+ working professionals serving customers across the globe. Our clients include funds like Andreessen Horowitz, Accel Partners and NEA, Educational Institutes like Stanford and IIM-A and corporate giants like Bosch and Samsung.

Position:

We are looking for an Associate position for early stage VC Investments.

Key responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and prepare framework of the new initiative from scratch

- Work with a team of 200+ Analysts to identify hot market trends

- Doing diligence on companies we- re interested in investing in

- Helping existing portfolio companies with various projects

- Develop market sizing / revenue pool model at a regional as well as product level

- Leading deals with minimal supervision

Please apply if you have:

- Top-- notch academics from premier institutes - IITs / IIMs / ISB

- Overall experience of about 2-4 years

- Previous experience in an IB/VC/PE/top-notch consulting

- Career aspirations for roles focused on business understanding

- Have an analytical problem-solving approach

- Ability to independently work on unstructured problems

- Horizontal markets experience with razor sharp knack to identify winners

- Driven/motivated about working in an entrepreneurial setup -

- Collaborative work style- strong interpersonal and team skills

- Ability to engage with the founders effectively

- Effective communication skills with strong oral and written skills
