Touchcel is launching a unique concept in e-commerce. It aims at facilitating buying and safe custody services for some of the most trusted, reputed and regulated lottery products for its member customers.   We are looking for a tech enthusiast who is an aspiring entrepreneur who can build and own up the technology infrastructure for the service.   The person must be :  - Having Strong programming skills and have hands on experience in web technologies essentially JAVA and PHP with My SQL, should have 4-10 years hard core experience in JAVA/PHP projects in e-commerce, mobile apps, implementations of Shopping carts and payment processors and have handled a team of 3- 4 resources. Should be hands on with apps development for Android / iOS platforms.  - Should possess excellent analytical and communication skills with team management and strong Project Management ability with strong business acumen  - Capable of owning and executing time bound delivery schedules  - B Tech/ BE or Masters in computer applications and or Information technology from Top institutes ( IIT/NIT/Bits/ Other top institutions)  - Experience not less than 4 years in programming - team/group lead in a top Information technology company.  - Should be capable of evaluating and identifying appropriate technology platforms for delivering the company's services. Also should be able to research, identify and advise the board on technology matters and set directions whenever needed.  - Prior Startup/ E-commerce experience not mandatory   Compensation : Founder's Equity to begin with; Once the project is launched a revenue based remuneration to be offered.  - Even though there is no immediate remuneration proposed as salary, each sale generates a profit and hence apart from founder's equity a regular remuneration can be expected as revenue share.  - The selected candidate will be the core member of Founding Team and lead all the Technical aspects of the venture.   Other aspects : The project is expected to turn around very quickly and we expect cash flows soon after launch. As the concept and business model is unique and no competition exists, this project from a multi million dollar business vertical is expected to be a winner with the size of the market and money involved in the business.
