Toppr is looking for a Business Analyst with exceptional analytical, problem solving and communication skills. You would be contributing to solve real business problems in the short-term and long-term goal of the company  Responsibilities :  - Develop deep understanding of market within and outside India to conceive innovative new business products and sales processes.  - Product conceptualization, presentation and pricing, Sales performance reviews and reports.  - Analyze product performance based on product, marketing and operational metrics, sales and students (customer) feedback.  - Support leadership team in monitoring and managing functional KPIs.  - Design new processes, flows to support launch of new product & streamline the operations process.  - Create a competitive advantage through consumer and market understanding.  Requirements :   - Minimum 1 year experience in management consulting / E-commerce strategy.  - Strong project / time management and team work capabilities  - Critical thinking and process orientation mindset  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate difficult concepts in simple terms  - Highly motivated with a hands-on approach to deliverables
