Strategizing hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the needs are met on time and in the most cost effective manner.
Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with the panel.
Develop, influence and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates.
Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers.
Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities.
Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant functional experience
- MBA from a Premier Institution with a specialization in Human Resources
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player
