TL/AM/Manager/Sr Manager - Strategic Sourcing/Category Management - BPO/KPO

We have an urgent opening with one of the largest BPO/ KPO based in Pune.

Levels : TL/ AM/ Manager/ Sr Manager

Categories : MRO - Maintenance Repairs & Operations/PPS/SMR

Job Profile :

- Periodic review of spend data across categories supported

- Analyzing trends involving multiple streams of data for a particular category of spend, studying the evolution of the category

- Providing assistance and advice on spend category as required to aid intelligent decision making.

- Analyzing commercial data and provide information to support initiation and monitoring procurement projects

- Work with the Category Lead Managers in identifying areas to conduct opportunity assessments

- Collate, interpret and present data to support the development of category plans and implementation of procurement strategy

- Support strategic sourcing projects (as and when needed)

- RFx support - baseline development, document collation, pricing sheet development etc.

- Bid/savings analysis

Domain Expertise :

- Knowledge, understanding and application of spend analysis and strategic sourcing methodologies

- Knowledge of contracts and contract management

- Experience in managing categories esp. in a multi-national procurement set-up

- Thorough knowledge of category - general market trends, supplier base, cost drivers, sourcing methodology, sourcing levers etc.

Salary offered: 8 - 21 LPA
