Role Description :   Talent Acquisition :  - Work with the business to identify manpower requirements and manage the requisition process  - Manage the hiring process from sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates. Collect relevant documents and manage the offer process up to on-boarding both for internal and external recruitment  - Present dashboards for recruitment in reviews as required.  Employee Engagement :  - Ownership of the engagement calendar and implement the same for the division/ region  - Store Open House, 1-1 with Regional Employees  - Participation in Regional/ National Events   HR Operations :  Performance Management : Work with the talent management COE for implementing the performance management calendar. Train the new joiners on HR tools, Keep a track of quarterly appraisal for Floor Manager and above, Half yearly and Annual Appraisal for all employees. Work on the incentives to be pais to store employees  Learning & Development : Regional Support to Corporate L&D  Attendance and Discipline : Ensure proper discipline and hygiene at stores through constant engagement with Store Managers & Attendance system vendor  Reward & Recognition : Implement the R&R process  Statutory Compliance : Keep a track of HR Compliance for the store and get the necessary done through the vendors  MIS and Data : Responsible for tracking and maintaining key data metrics  Franchisee Engagement : Use the Titan Engagement initiatives to coach and inspire franchisee to elevate their employee experience and help reduce attrition at Franchisee stores.  - Any other duties assigned by Regional HR Head time to time.  Key Deliverables :  - Recruitment as per SLAs agreed with the division  - Employee Engagement Scores of the division   - Attendance   - Part of Implementation of initiatives driven by corporate office in the Region  Candidate Description :  A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with minimum 2 years of HR Business Partnering in Retail/ FMCG/ BFSI/ Pharma industry in front end operations.  Education : MBA (HR)/ PGDPM/ PGPM specializing in HR
